Customer service supporting

  • Strategic due diligence
    – Develop metrics and drive market research (per European country) to analyse customers’ needs
    – Initiate creation of new tools for the European market according to the strategy (Excel spreadsheet for orders, delivery, invoice template…)
    – Keep a clear and UpToDate inventory of the clinic point of contact (for ordering, delivery, invoicing)
  • Boost clinic productivity by easing the process
    – Support and collect the marketing needs of the clinic
    – Complete the monthly sales report
    – Be the point of contact with the Sales team to coordinate the stock management
    – Initiate new tools to facilitate the organisation of the clinic supplies
    – Help the internal and clinical marketing needs (marketing creation for the Prospect meeting in March)
  • Office manager optimisation
    – Create an inventory and checklist for shipping
    – Define attractive shipping templates explaining the content of what we send
    – Create a clear roadmap for delivery

Co-op Advertising

  • Support our Key accounts and distributor marketing reward program
  • Create on/off-line advertising templates for clinics to adapt with their logos
  • Create a digital asset management system to enable clinics to easily access the files
  • Share marketing files on account requests
  • Calculate Marketing rewards every quarters based on account performance
  • Review account proofs of Elipse advertising
  • Submit reimbursement request to finance
  • Control / support key accounts to align with our branding
  • Teach accounts to leverage on our market research data to get higher advertising ROI

Skills we are looking for


  • Great creative and analytical mind, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills (both in English and French)
  • Self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
  • Health innovation & industry enthusiast
  • Very detail-oriented, efficient at multi-tasking, and strong organizational skills with superb execution
  • Great team player and a good sense of humor
  • Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Adobe Pack would be a plus
